- Presentation controller: Control slides in supported presentation applications.
- Application launcher: Open supported applications remotely.

Connection and Setup
Why can't WiFi Mouse connect to my computer?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Download and install Mouse Server for your computer from the official WiFi Mouse website .
- Make sure Mouse Server is running on your computer.
- Connect your phone and computer to the same local network. Guest Wi-Fi or client isolation may prevent devices from communicating.
- Check your firewall and security software. Allow Mouse Server to communicate on your trusted local network.
- If the connection still fails, restart Mouse Server and WiFi Mouse, then try again.
If you use a VPN or multiple network adapters, temporarily check whether they affect local network discovery.
Which network port does Mouse Server use?
Mouse Server uses TCP port 1978 for its standard connection.
If your firewall blocks the connection, allow Mouse Server or the required port on your trusted local network. Avoid exposing the service directly to the public internet.
Touchpad and Mouse Gestures
How do I use touch gestures?
Open the mouse or keyboard interface and use the touch area in the middle of the screen. Supported gestures include:
- One-finger movement: Move the mouse cursor.
- Two-finger vertical movement: Scroll up or down.
- Pinch in or out: Simulate zoom gestures in supported applications.
- One-finger tap: Simulate a left mouse click.
- Two-finger tap: Simulate a right mouse click.
- Three-finger movement: Use supported drag or movement gestures.
Gesture behavior may vary depending on your device and the current WiFi Mouse interface.
Windows and macOS
Why is the mouse cursor invisible on Windows?
Some Windows configurations may require additional permissions for mouse control. Try running Mouse Server as an administrator and check whether the cursor appears.
Only grant elevated permissions when needed, and make sure you have downloaded Mouse Server from the official website.
Why can't WiFi Mouse launch applications on macOS?
macOS may require explicit Accessibility permission before Mouse Server can control your computer or interact with other apps.
- Open the Apple menu and select System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS versions).
- Open Privacy & Security (or Security & Privacy on older versions).
- Select Accessibility.
- Enable Mouse Server if it appears in the list. If necessary, add it using the available controls.
- Quit and reopen Mouse Server, then try again.
The exact menu names and layout vary by macOS version. Only grant permissions to software you trust.
Remote Desktop (RDP)
How do I use the Remote Desktop feature?
First, make sure an RDP server is enabled and configured on the computer you want to access. Then connect to your computer in WiFi Mouse, open the RDP feature, and enter the required login credentials.
See our step-by-step guide: How to Use RDP with WiFi Mouse .
For security, avoid exposing RDP directly to the public internet. Use a trusted local network or a properly configured VPN.
